We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen technical difficulties, 2 out of our 3 printers have encountered issues, resulting in errors in the quality of prints processed between February 1st to February 7th for orders that did not approve artwork in time. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely apologize for any disruption to your orders.
Rest assured, our team is diligently working day and night to rectify the situation. We are in the process of reprinting all affected orders to ensure the highest quality standards are met. However, if you wish to cancel your order, we completely understand. We will issue a full refund and provide additional in-store credit as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused by this event.
Here are the details of our current sale events:
- 200 stickers for $20 at 3-inch size
- 200 stickers for $30 at 4-inch size
These promotions are scheduled to end on the 27th of this month.
We are not accepting new orders until MARCH 12TH
If you choose to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@theogfactory.com or leave a comment on the post . Kindly note that canceling your order will halt production, and you will receive a full refund promptly.

Are currently being pack today are being shipped. These for the orders that was affected and had to be reprinted. Tracking info will be email shortly.

All orders from 02/12 to 02/19/2024 are currently being cut this process can take a day after that it would go into prepared shipment status.

All order from 02/20/2024 are currently in proofs and some are in production line awaiting to be printed. Please approve your sticker proof with in 48 hours if not it will go into production.
