Below is our policy regarding digital property release:

- Customers submitting designs for custom stickers retain full ownership of their intellectual property rights. The OG Factory does not claim ownership of any submitted designs unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
2. **Permission and Authorization:**
- By submitting a design to The OG Factory for printing, customers affirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and authorizations for the use of any copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property included in the design.
3. **Non-Infringement:**
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any other proprietary rights. The OG Factory reserves the right to refuse to print any design that appears to infringe upon such rights.
4. **Indemnification:**
- Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless The OG Factory, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of submitted designs, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement.
5. **Verification of Ownership:**
- The OG Factory may request verification of ownership or authorization for designs submitted for printing. Customers must provide satisfactory evidence of ownership or authorization upon request.
6. **Removal of Infringing Content:**
- In the event that The OG Factory becomes aware of any design that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, we reserve the right to remove or refuse to print such content without prior notice.
7. **Reporting Infringements:**
- If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by a design submitted to The OG Factory, please contact us immediately at support@theogfactory.com with relevant details and supporting documentation.
8. **Compliance with Laws:**
- The OG Factory complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding intellectual property rights, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States.
9.I approve and grant The OG factory inc. ( THEOGFACTORY ) A non exclusive royalty-free worldwide license to use and publish my designs. I understand and agree that The OG Factory may use publish my design for marketing purposes in any media and marketing channel, Including but not limited to social media. In connection with The OG factory publication of the design, I have the right to receive credit/ to be named in accordance with good practice.
The OG factory inc ( The OG factory) does not claim ownership of your design and does not have right under this license to sell products or similar, to the design. Any agreements regarding the sale of products with the design will be entered in separately.
By using The OG Factory's services for custom sticker printing, customers agree to abide by this digital property release policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as necessary to ensure legal compliance and protection of intellectual property rights.
