Due to copyright laws and our artwork requirements, we must review every design before approving it for production or order adjustments. If you receive an email stating that your artwork has been accepted, it means your order has moved on to the next stage.

Please review the digital proof carefully to ensure the color, cutline, and white outline are correct.

Once the artwork is confirmed, the order cannot be changed or canceled. After confirmation, it will proceed to production.

All orders follow a queue process, meaning they are handled in the order they are confirmed for production. Please note that if the order has not been confirmed or if there have been multiple edit requests, this may cause delays.

Your order has been packed and shipped. It is now in transit. While we can provide an estimated delivery date, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
